He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Steen and Delia Steen (Geesman); and his wife Dorothy Steen (Gaskill). He is survived by: his sons, Homer Allen Steen (Becki) and Jack Steen (Diane); and his grandchildren, Amanda Kendall (Stephen), Jeremy Steen (Becky) and Stephanie Smith (Russ).
