With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Gail Compton of Portland, Indiana, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Gail left this world on November 14, 2024 at the age of 83, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Williard "Bill" Ireland and June Ireland (Frasher); her husband Ronald Compton; and her brother Gary Ireland. She is survived by: her sons, Curt Compton (Christine) of Portland and Troy Compton (Dina) of Albany; her sisters-in-law, Sandy Ireland of Portland, Four, Sally Ireland of Portland, Four and Connie Walker of Portland, Four; her grandchildren, Samantha, Colton, Tory and Katey; and her great grandchildren, Benton and Nova.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, December 14th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Portland Elk's Lodge.
