It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Edward Williams (Portland, Indiana), born in Bluffton, Indiana, who passed away on April 13, 2018, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his parents, Roger Williams and Rosemary Williams (Atkinson); his siblings, Donald Spencer and Sonia Spencer; and also Portland.
