We are sad to announce that on November 20, 2020, at the age of 74, Duane Harter of Portland, Indiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Hank Harter and Juanita Steen; his wife Louise Harter (Brown); his sons, Mike Harter (Tammy) and Mitch Harter (Lisa); his sisters, Candy Waters and Shawn Bullard (Phil); his grandchildren, Kecia and Jordon; and his daughter-in-law Tammy. He was also cherished by 2 dogs, grandkids or great-grandchildren.
