He was predeceased by: his spouse Carin Corn (Wallace). He is survived by: his girlfriend Carrie Funk; and his children, Bailey Corn, Emily Wallace (Isaac Moeller), Zachary James, Ian James, Hannah James and Emma James.
Burial will be held in Lawndale Cemetery east of Ridgeville with Pastor Hugh Kelly to officiate the services, Memorials may be directed to the Portland Foundation.
