It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Deloris Fultz of Portland, Indiana, who passed away on April 11, 2025, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. Though Deloris has departed this earthly realm, her legacy endures — a legacy of love that will continue to illuminate the lives of family and friends in the darkest of hours. May her spirit soar on wings of eternal peace, forever cherished in the tender embrace of memory.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Jesse Outcalt and Lucille Outcalt (Simons). She is survived by: her husband Roger Fultz; her children, Chris Fultz (Jean) and Kirk Fultz; her sister Diane Daughtery (Georgia); her grandchildren, Benjamin Fultz, Katherine Stearns (Kory), Morgan Fultz and Jacob Fultz; her nephew Jeff Roberts; and her niece Sherry Kirkpatrick (Georgia).
Visitation was held on Tuesday, April 15th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Williamson, Spencer and Penrod Funeral Homes - Portland Chapel (208 N Commerce St, Portland, IN 47371). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, April 16th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
