He was predeceased by: his son Levi Riley; his sister Christine Bunch; and his stepmother Cynthia Ward. He is survived by: his parents, Leemon Riley and Margarete "Sissy" Applegate (Riley); his children, David Andrew Riley (Kristy), Jason Riley (Carly) of Bluffton, IN, Ethan Riley of Portland, IN, Darrel Riley of Portland, IN, Angel of Portland, IN and Krista Riley of Portland, IN; and his siblings, Mark Bunch (Theresa) of Dunkirk, IN, Craig Cassidy (Amanda) of Dunkirk, IN, Shawn Hale of West Virginia, Shannon Hale of Winchester, IN, Cory Ward (Tressa) of Redkey, IN, Lonnie Ward of Albany, IN, Michael Applegate of Portland, Matt Ward of Florida, Carrie Martin (James) of Dunkirk, IN and Candice Ackerman (Bill) of Dunkirk, IN. He is also survived by four grandchildren.
