He is survived by: his parents, Larry Ellsworth and Peggy Grile; and his brothers, Danny Ellsworth (Lin) of Portland, Michael Ellsworth (Lupe) of San Antonio and Bill Ellsworth (Machelle) of Portland. He is also survived by two nephews, three nieces, one great nephew and three great nieces.
