He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles E. Hogg and Mable Hogg (Wilkinson); his wife Florence Thomas; his daughter Julia Kay; and his siblings, John Hogg, Robert Hogg, Rose Wolford and Lydia Tingley.
He is survived by: his son Tom Hogg (Lisa) of Portland; his sister Mary Lou Maddox of Portland; and his grandchildren, Tabitha, Mickinzie and Tommy.
