It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Betty Armstrong (Portland, Indiana), born in Muncie, Indiana, who passed away on September 30, 2019, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, James Lipscomb and Margaret Lipscomb (Geyer). She was also cherished by 7 Grandchildren, 13 Great Grandchildren, 4 Great Great Grandchild.
