She was predeceased by: her parents, William Scott and Nellie Scott (Carl); her spouse Francis E. Franks; and her siblings, Johnny Scott, Tom Scott, Danny Scott, Robert Scott, Frank Scott, Andrew Scott, Sarah Aslinger, Agnes Welch and Mary Jane Scott.
She is survived by: her sons, Richard Franks (Michelle) of Portland, John Franks (Branda) of Portland, Dave Franks (Nancy) of Portland, Darrel Derringer of Portland and Mike Franks (Janis) of Evansville; and her sister Alberta Bowler of Redkey, Sixteen. She is also survived by Sixteen grandchildren, several great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
