She was predeceased by: her parents, Veo Flory and Ethel Flory (Martin); her daughter Rhonda Ludy; her grandson Nathan Smith; and her siblings, Gerald Flory, Calvin Flory and Ruby Mertz.

She is survived by: her spouse Orla Smith; her son Jeff Smith (Agnes); and her grandchildren, April Heers, Michelle Evans, Kyle Ludy and Amber Wanken. She is also survived by Several great grandchildren and nieces and nephews.

Memorials may be directed towards Bellefountain United Methodist Church.
