With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Alice L. Miller of Portland, Indiana, who passed away on January 11, 2025 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl Byrd and Nellie Byrd (Austin); her husband Norman Miller; her stepson David Miller; her siblings, Richard Byrd, William Byrd and Mildred Northcut; and her daughter-in-law Maryanne Miller.

She is survived by: her stepsons, Barry Miller (Valerie Aspy) of Portland, Greg Miller (Shirley) of Portland and Todd Miller (Lori) of Portland; and her brothers, Earl Byrd Jr. and John Byrd.

Visitation was held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Westchester United Methodist Church. A funeral service was held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.

Memorials can be made to Westchester Building Fund.
