With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Shirley J. Kish of Portage, Indiana, born in Whiting, Indiana, who passed away on December 3, 2023 at the age of 73. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Larry Kish; her significant other Larry Kowal; her son Steven Kish; her brothers, Ron Walczak and Bill Walczak (Joanne); and her parents, Eugene Walczak and Aileen Walczak.
She is survived by: her daughters, Laurie Holden (Harold) and Amy Miechur (Eric); her grandchildren, Cody, Alex, Ryan, Eric Holden, Brittany, Joseph Kish, Liam and Owen Miechur; her great grandchildren, Avery, Wyatt Holden and Bryson Maupin; her sisters, Arlene Kender (Jim), Chris Kois and Denise Marshall; her sister-in-law Carole Walczak; and her close friends, Michelle Martin and Jim Stankiewicz. She is also survived by her many nieces, nephews.
