He is survived by: his children, Robert Urban (Libbi), Amy Bolla (David) and Jill Urban; his grandchildren, Jacob Urban (Ivory), Jessica Silberberg (David), Tyler, David, Sam Bolla and Renee Bolla (Matt Katke); and his great grandchildren, Conrad, Bryson, Ashton, Alexander, Benjamin, Emma, Elle and Nina.
