He was predeceased by: his wife Betsy Vandergriff; his daughter-in-law Beverly Vandergriff; his parents, Ralph Vandergriff and Josephine Vandergriff; and his siblings, William Vandergriff, Grace White and Marilyn Mancin.
He is survived by: his sons, Tim and Greg Vandergriff; his granddaughters, Jessica and Cassandra Vandergriff; his great grandchildren, Trevor and Zachary; his sister Wanda Sue Utley; and his nephew Kenny Moore.
Visitation was held on Monday, November 18th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Rees Funeral Home, Olson Chapel (5341 Central Ave, Portage, IN 46368). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, November 19th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
