He was predeceased by: his parents, Phil Cyprian and Della Cyprian; his daughter Elizabeth Kelly; and his brothers, Phillip and Joseph Cyprian.
He is survived by: his wife Billie Jo Cyprian of Portage, IN; his children, Zachary Ryan Cyprian of Portage, IN, Michael Peter Wineteer of Hebron, IN, Scott Michael Iliff-Cyprian of Washington, D. C., Sherry Vargas (Danny) of Hobart, IN and Chrissy Garcia (Phil) of Las Vegas, NV; and his siblings, Andrew Cyprian (Shannon Anderson), Eric Cyprian, David Cyprian (Carmen) and Karen Ferguson. He is also survived by nine grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Saturday, November 9th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Rees Funeral Home, Olson Chapel (5341 Central Ave, Portage, IN 46368). A memorial service was held on Saturday, November 9th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Rees Funeral Home (5341 Central Ave, Portage, IN 46368).
In lieu of flowers memorial donations in Peter's honor are preferred to the family.
