He is survived by: his parents, Michael David Martinez Jr. of Portage and Monica Marie Martinez; his grandparents, James T., Kristi Espinoza of Portage, Michael D. and Lisa Martinez Sr. of Portage; his aunt Arianna Martinez of Portage; his uncles, Marcus Espinoza of Arkansas and Isaiah Espinoza of Portage; his great-grandparents, Rick, Linda Simms, James, Mary Espinoza, Dennis and Barbara Tucker; and his great-great-grandparent Lucy Chase.
