He is survived by: his children, Bradley J. Sutkowski of Tennessee, Michael A. Sutkowski (Tricia) of Valparaiso and Crystal M. Sutkowski of Portage; and his siblings, John P. Sutkowski (Lisa) of Evansville and Kimberly Lemon (Lance) of Alto. He is also survived by three grandchildren.
