She was predeceased by: her parents, Norman Madison and Alice Carr. She is survived by: her husband Larry; her children, David Trzepacz (Angel), Jimmy Trzepacz (Erica) and Kimberly Artist; her grandchildren, Katlyn, Marissa, Cody, Austin, Faith, Lexi and Jolene; her stepfather Jim Carr; her siblings, Michael Madison (Melodie) and Debbie Estrada (Eddie); and her pets, Parker, Misty, Stevie, ShyShy and Chevy. She is also survived by nine great grandchildren.
