She was predeceased by: her parents, George Tyuty and Sophie Tyuty; her husband Eugene H. Nowak; and her daughter Kathleen Nowak. She is survived by: her children, David Nowak, Gregory Nowak (Therese) of Downers Grove, IL and Lorrie Geer; her grandchildren, Dr. Lindsay Nowak, Michelle, Nicole Nowak, Emily Hink (Matthew), Noah Geer and Rylee Geer; and her great grandchildren, Rosie, Matthew, Jr. and Hink.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to The Share Foundation.
