With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Johanna Castellanos of Portage, Indiana, who passed away on August 6, 2024 at the age of 77. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Victor Castellanos; her daughter Marina Castellanos; her parents, Raymon Chavez and Florence Chavez; and her sisters, Marie Pawlus and Juanita Galvan.
She is survived by: her children, Mona Mendez, Rene and Joseph Castellanos (Laura); and her grandchildren, Marina Ramsey (Christopher), Jessica Russell, Joshua Mendez, Jonathan Mendez, Nicolas Castellanos, Lianna Castellanos and Cameron Castellanos. She is also survived by seventeen great-grandchildren; and three great-great grandchildren.
