He is survived by: his spouse Jean Kuta; his children, Megan Martin of Portage and Matthew Martin (Sam Bynum) of Portage; his siblings, Kathleen Cappello (Joe) and Thomas D. Martin (Laura A.); his siblings-in-law, Judy Martin, Debra Martin, Joe Kuta (Candace), Andrew Kuta (Theresa) and John Kuta (Sonya); his pet Sonic; and his son Jim. He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations are requested to the family.
