With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Genesis Guzman of Portage, Indiana, born in Chicago, Illinois, who passed away on March 15, 2024 at the age of 37. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her mother Maria Guzman. She is survived by: her children, Leilani Berrios, Alexander Franklin and Jayden Gatlin; her father Angel Trinidad; and her siblings, Gabriel Sanchez (Jessica), Jennifer Maldonado, Veronica Sanchez (Jesus) and Angel Trinidad. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
