He is survived by: his son-in-law John; his son Eddie; his wife Cheryl Slade of Portage; his children, Ernest Slade of Portage and Kathy Messina (John) of Portage; his grandchildren, Jennifer Losiniecki (Raymond), Amanda Wathern, Ronald Wathern (Selena Gonzalez), Robert Wathern (Priscilla) and Eric Wathern; his great grandchildren, Brandon Losiniecki, Trevor Losiniecki and Nikola Wathern; and his friend Jerry Krause (Wilma). He is also survived by other loving family members and friends.
