He was predeceased by: his parents, Wayne W. Dolby and Grace E. Dolby (Mossburg); his brother David L. Dolby; and his brother-in-law Donnie R. Thomas. He is survived by: his son Jeff Dolby (Holly) of Columbia City, IN; his sister Mary Thomas of Tracy City, TN; and his grandchildren, Dalton A. Dolby, Drake J. Dolby, Jordan D. Myers (Erica Bruno) and Hannah N. Myers.
