She was predeceased by: her husband Paul R. Carnes; her parents, Ruth Zimmerman (Harter) and Kenneth Zimmerman; her son Donald James Carnes; and her siblings, Norma Jean Godsey and James Zimmerman.
She is survived by: her daughters, Carlene Schierling (Keith) of Niles, MI and Elaine Wilson (Stacey) of Poneto, IN; and her brother Paul Zimmerman (Marilyn) of Washington Courthouse, OH. She is also survived by 6 Grandchildren, and 7 Great Grandchildren.
