He was predeceased by: his parents, Irvin Hicks and Helen Hicks (Hughey); and his siblings, Irvin Hicks and Sharon Goode. He is survived by: his wife Marjorie Hicks; his daughters, Christi Hicks (Lee), Kimberly Stearley (Brian) and Melissa Hicks-Giles (Jack); his siblings, Harry Hicks (Deborah), James Hicks (Stacie) and Julia Roll (Ric); his grandchildren, Alan Payne (Lynsey), Elizabeth Rigney (Christian), Karissa Givens (Max), Paul Givens and Isaac Hastings; and his great grandchildren, Alexander and Abal Rigney. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and other extended family.
