She was predeceased by: her parents, Victor Hawkins and Rosemary Hawkins (Quinn); her stepmother Ruby Hawkins; her sister Hazel Scott; and her stepbrother Stan Marks (Judy).
She is survived by: her husband Gary Maybee of Plymouth; her children, Tammie Radican of Plymouth, Jan Gustafson Jr. (Mary Lee) of Plymouth and Beth Kollars (Tom) of Plymouth; her brothers, Kevin Bauman of Ft. Wayne and Jon Hawkins (Dotty) of Plymouth; her stepsister Roseanna Jean (Fred); her grandchildren, Christian Radican, Ian Radican, Kailey Hacha (Andrew) and Kara Costa (Hayden); and her great grandchildren, Luke Hacha, Peter Hacha and Boone Costa.
