Watts Penley (Plymouth, Indiana), born in Morehead, Kentucky, who passed away on August 27, 2019, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Cletis Morris and Alta Morris (Quisinberry); and her siblings, Junior Shelton, Grover Morris, Chris Walker, Betty Bailey, Patty Morris and Sam Morris.
She is survived by: her children, Dorothy "Dottie", Timothy, Dottie A. Collins of Plymouth and Tim W. Collins of Plymouth; her grandchildren, Daniel Collins, Derrick Collins (Erika Fuchas), DaCoda Churchhill and Summer Collins; her great grandchild Elliott; and her siblings, Cora Kruzick of Plymouth, Nola Conley of Plymouth and Frank Morris (Jackie) of Winchester, KY..
