He was predeceased by: his parents, Luther Patrick and Mildred Patrick (Allen); and his brother David Patrick. He is survived by: his wife Carrie Patrick (Hite); his children, Michael Patrick (Kristel) of Plymouth, Joshua Patrick (Brittney) of Plymouth, Taylor Patrick of Argos, IN and Kristi Deon (Doug) of Plymouth; and his siblings, Candi Norris (Terry) of New Paris, IN, Mary Goheen (Tony) of Winamac, IN, Barbara VanWynsberghe (Rick) of Rolling Prairie, IN, Janice Howdeshell (Greg) of Rochester, IN, Jerry Patrick (Martie) of Knox, IN and Luther Patrick of Mishawaka, IN. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
