He was predeceased by: his father Paul Rowe; and his brother-in-law John Horning. He is survived by: his mother Shirley Rowe (Miloserny) of Plymouth; his sister Lisa Horning of Plymouth; and his nephew Jay Horning.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 30th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Johnson-Danielson Funeral Home (1100 N Michigan St, Plymouth, IN 46563).
