She was predeceased by: her parents, Durward B. Shaffer and Edna L. Shaffer (Williams); her husband Bert J. Brockus; her son Brent; her son-in-law Ronald Meyers; her siblings, Victor Shaffer, Dee Shaffer, Jenice Shaffer and Pat Hensley; and her brother-in-law Ron Mendenhall.
She is survived by: her daughter Brenda Meyers (late Ronald); her grandchildren, Amy Millar (Andy), Bret Brockus, Elizabeth Lloyd (Mike) and Erica Clapp (Eric); her great grandchildren, Bryantle Brockus, Kyle Brockus, Leo Lloyd, Quinn Lloyd and Joslyn Clapp; her great great grandchildren, Kendall, Benjamin and Zoey Brockus; her sisters, Virginia Birkey, Damaris Torres, Karen Mendenhall and Millie Shaffer; and her sister-in-law Marcelle Shaffer. She is also survived by four grandchildren, five great-grandchildren, and three great-great-grandchildren.
