She was predeceased by: her parents, Kenneth Miller and Wilmetta Miller (Vance); her husband Larry Lowry; and her brothers, Bruce, Charlie, Bobby Miller and Clark Garrison.
She is survived by: her sons, Ral Elkins (Teri) of Rochester, Michael Elkins of Plymouth, John and Greg Lowry of Elkhart; her grandchildren, Brandon Carpenter, MacKenzi Lowry, Alexander Lowry and Brandon Lowry; and her siblings, Doug Miller (Betty), James Garrison and Dythia Miller. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
