He is survived by: his sisters, Sandra Walters of Nappanee, IN and Loretta Grudowski of Defiance, Ohio; his close friend James Lithgow of Plymouth, IN; his nieces and nephews, Troy Workman, Debbie McKibbin, Robert Heckaman, Addie Wright, Alex Mann, Sabrina Porter and Rob Mann; and his caregiver Tim Stutzman.
