He is survived by: his wife Lucille; his daughter Jacqueline (Ronald Santa) of Granger, Indiana.; his grandsons, Adam Downey (Tamara Schafer), Evan Downey (Katie Walch) and Dylan Sissel of Bristol, Indiana.; his great grandchild LeeAnn; and his sister Mary Ilene Carter of Ohio.
