He is survived by: his wife Beth Shively (Shaffer) of Plymouth; his daughter Betsy Downs (Mark) of Georgetown, IN; his grandchildren, Becca and Chelsea; his son Michael Shively of Niles, MI; his grandson Seth Shively; his sisters, Jane Eyler (John) of Aiken, SC and Nancy Porter (Dirk) of Roseville, CA.; and also Morgan Shively. He is also survived by his cousins and uncle.
