He was predeceased by: his father Roger Burch; and his grandparents, Hazel Scott, Kenneth Scott, Vernon Burch and James Niemier.
He is survived by: his mother Tina Burch (Scott); his wife Carrie Phelps; his children, Cullen Burch and Tanner O'Dale; his grandmother Naomi Niemier; and his siblings, Devin Burch (Tiffany), Blake Burch (Marjorie), Callie Burch, Eric Burch and Dominic Palmitessa. He is also survived by his loving family and friends.
