She was predeceased by: her parents, Otis Harlen Mishler and Margaret Lillian Mishler (White); her brother David Harlen Mishler; her children, Sam L. R. Forsythe and Margaret L. Ball; and her niece Wendy Kay Mishler.
She is survived by: her children, Carmen Forsythe of Walkerton, IN, Phillip L. Forsythe (Deneen) of Virginia, Frank O. L. Forsythe (Helen) of Plymouth, IN and Greg L. Forsythe (Tammy) of Plymouth, IN.; and her brother William Mishler (Connie) of Georgia. She is also survived by several grandchildren; and many great-grandchildren.
