It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Patricia A. Leake (Plymouth, Indiana), who passed away on November 12, 2018, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her siblings, Helen Harmon, Virgil Lee and Herbert Lee. She is survived by: her parents, Henry E. Lee and Carrie Lee (Klapp); her spouse Samuel Leake; her children, Duane Leake (Roxanne) of South Bend, Rhonda Brown (John) of Granger and Debra Leake of Plymouth; and her grandchildren, Eric, Shannon, Andrea, Andrew and Annestasia.
