She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Hochstetler and Alma Hochstetler (Culp); her children, Clinton Slabaugh, Lisa Slabaugh and Gina Slabaugh; and her siblings, Howard, Lester Hochstetler and Carol Hochstetler.
She is survived by: her husband Arlen Slabaugh; her granddaughter Lela Crawford-Benson Elkhart (Alex); her great grandchildren, Avelynn, Ella, Remington and Xander; her brothers, Dale Hochstetler and Junior Hochstetler (Sharon); and her sisters-in-law, Bertha "Bert" Hochstetler, Donna Reamer and Dunlap.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be given to Elkhart Hospice House or Alzheimer's Association.
