She was predeceased by: her parents, Kenneth Holm and Ingrid Holm (Skoglund); her son David Howard; her husband Donald Heaslip; her brother John Holm; and her grandson Tanner Lee.
She is survived by: her sons, Steven Howard (Eve) of Plymouth and Curt Howard (Janet) of Plymouth; her stepchildren, Lynn Lee (Scott), Ann Frakes (Tom), Kathi Huck and Donald Heaslip (Karen); and her sisters, Karen Awald (Peter) and Eileen Martin (Brent). She is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
