He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Horvath and Alma Pauline Nicholas; his stepfather Paul Nicholas; and his sister Patricia L'Homme. He is survived by: his former wife Jane Castro; his wife Jane Horvath; his son Kevin (Lisa Horvath); his grandchildren, Brittany, Michael and Jaime of Plymouth, IN; his daughter Brenda Wallace; his grandchildren, Lamar, Dominique and Arianna of Fredericksburg, VA; his son David (Lora Horvath); his grandchildren, Ainsley and Everett of Rochester, IN; and his siblings, Kathleen S. Rowe of Three Rivers, MI and Timothy (Jeanette Horvath) of Plymouth, IN. He is also survived by three great-grandchildren.
