She was predeceased by: her parents, Edgar Metheny and Grace Metheny (Williams); her spouse Ronald C. Spitler; her son Terry Spitler; her grandsons, Brad Spitler and Noah Wampler; and her siblings, Margaret Knepper and James Metheny.
She is survived by: her daughters, Portia Wampler (Barry) of Bourbon and Beverly Sprague (Rick) of Anderson; and her daughter-in-law Cindy Spitler of Mentone. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren.
