He was predeceased by: his parents, Jim Olsen and Helen Olsen (Davenport); and his grandparents, Bert, Marie Olsen, Roland and Cecil Davenport.
He is survived by: his wife Lori Paledino; his children, Matthew Olsen (Jenn) and Amy Olsen; his grandson Austin Olsen; and his siblings, Jim Olsen (Jennie) and Cheryl Kling. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews and one great nephew.
