He is survived by: his parent Pearl LaVine (Waikel) of Wyatt, IN.; his wife Jo LaVine (Walter); his sister Treva Bope; his children, Jerry LaVine (Janice), Susan Toumey (John), Janet LaVine and Roger LaVine; and his siblings, Edna Bunch, Alfred, Morris, Richard and Burnett.
