He was predeceased by: his parents, Owen Walter and Thelma Carol Tillman (Eby). He is survived by: his children, Pat Walters (Joe) of Claypool, Gary Tillman (Linda) of Bremen, Becky Drudge (Eddie) of Claypool and Dale Tillman (Deb) of Claypool. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren; 33 great-grandchildren and 16 great-great-grandchildren.
