He is survived by: his children, Michelle Palm of Lakeland, FL, Charity Proffitt of Lakeland, FL and Glen Madsen (Danielle) of North Judson, IN; his grandchildren, Daniel Madsen (Emily), Lindsey Burnett (Jon), Devan Bartow (Jeff) and Kent Palm; and his former wife Joyce Bivens. He is also survived by 8 great-grandchildren.
