It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John R. Palkovich Jr. (Plymouth, Indiana), who passed away on January 24, 2024, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, John R. Palkovich, Sr. and Martina Palkovich (Lyvers); his sister Martina "Teena" Phillips; and his granddaughter Kaley (Sara). He is survived by: his wife Janice; his daughters, Amy Jackson (Brian) and Sara Palkovich; his grandsons, Eli and Caden; and his brother Dennis Palkovich (Diane). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
