He is survived by: his parents, Wally Caine and Marcia Caine (Conway); his wife Cheryl Caine of Plymouth; his children, Colin Caine of Vancouver, WA and Meghan Caine of Indianapolis; his siblings, Melissa Christiansen of Plymouth and Andrew Caine (Heather) of Westfield, IN; and his mother-in-law Susan Rodgers (Ken) of Plymouth. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
